All of our courses are one-time purchase for lifetime access. At checkout, you will just see the price listed and it will not say "per month".

Our Challenges + Community is our only monthly membership which is $29/month. At the checkout, it will indicate "per month".

This looks different for everyone! We recommend that most people start by learning The Fit for His Glory Way. This can be done with our course The Fit for His Glory Way (self-paced).

Then after that, we recommend you plug into the Challenges + Community to live out The Fit for His Glory Way among other women from around the world!

Our workouts can be done from home or the gym. They range from 25-45 minutes in the videos but if you choose to do the moves on your own, they take around 30 minutes. Each workout starts with a devotion and prayer, followed by the workout. They are full length workout videos and also share the graphics if you prefer to do them on your own. All of our workouts can be done with only dumbbells (and occasionally optional bands which we recommend you grab off Amazon).

Our main course, The Fit for His Glory Way, was created with all levels in mind. We have had women start with using only bodyweight or 2lbs weights. It was created so that any level can do it and be challenged and see results. 

You should always first consult with your physician before doing any type of workout program in this season. This program was not created specifically for pregnant / postpartum, however, if your doctor has cleared you for exercise and you are able to lift weights, then you can complete this program with their approval. We have had many pregnant / postpartum mamas use these workouts to stay active during this season! 

We also do have a Prenatal Program under our "Courses".

YES! We have had women of all ages join this program. You can modify amount of weights used, and even simply focus on walking or bodyweight.

You are not required to have a gym membership in order to join Fit for His Glory. Our workout programs can be done at home with dumbbells only or in a gym. 

Our Fit For His Glory Course is a one-time payment of $97. It includes our biblical trainings, Foundations workout program, devotional, prayer walks, and more.

Our Fit For His Glory Membership is $29/month and is where we host our ongoing challenges! Throughout the year, we offer different monthly and quarterly challenges to help you stay consistent, grow in your faith, and continue making progress. Your membership also includes our incredible community where members encourage one another and live out the Fit For His Glory Way together. As each challenge changes, the resources inside the membership are updated to support that challenge. You’ll also have access to live trainings and live workouts each month.
