You should always first consult with your physician before doing any type of workout program in this season. This program was not created specifically for pregnant / postpartum, however, if your doctor has cleared you for exercise and you are able to lift weights, then you can complete this program with their approval. We have had many pregnant / postpartum mamas use these workouts to stay active during this season!
