Looking for a yummy summer dish? Last summer Brian and I were at a local vineyard listening to music, when we decided to get a quick bite to eat from little food truck. We both loved our wraps SO much that we decided to recreate the recipe at home. They turned out great and were instantly added to the Foster recipe box.
These wraps are SUPER easy, clean and yummy! 3 things that are important to this busy working mamma to be.
Whole wheat wraps
Red, yellow and orange peppers
1) Cut your chicken into cubes/ squares and cut your peppers into slivers.
2) Saute the chicken and peppers in teriyaki sauce with coconut oil.
3) Heat up your tortilla and put a little pesto on it.
4) Top the wrap with mixed greens, the sauteed chicken and pepper mixture and a little mozzarella cheese.
Super easy! I hope you and your family enjoy this flavorful summer dish!
