I am willing to help you dial it in for spring break & summer. 🌴 Here's the low down on what to expect from my SPRING BREAK BOOTCAMP: 30 minute workouts, my personal meal plan with a proven portion control system, no starvation, gratitude, positivity & daily super foods! I don't work out hours a day, I don't diet & I don't worry if what I'm doing will work. It just does! I want to teach you how.
You will have TWO coaches challenging you every single day to get in the best shape of your life, more comfortable in your own skin & be tank top, flip flop and swimsuit ready!! 👙👗
As a reminder- the cost of the group is based upon the program that is best for you. Once you fill out the contact sheet, I will shoot you a survey that will help me better understand your fitness goals. From there we can nail down price, etc. :)
