Today marks day 39 of Jamie Eason's Livefit Trainer. So far I am loving the program! For those of you who don't know who Jamie is, or what the live fit trainer is, let me introduce you.
After a short time as a Houston Texans cheerleader, Jamie was diagnosed with breast cancer forcing her to a desk job where her inactive lifestyle and poor nutrition took a toll on her body. In an attempt to get in shape, she joined a local gym. She continued to work out and improve but wasn't completely satisfied with her results. After consulting a nutritionist, she was put on a proper diet that completely transformed her body. Eason was first discovered at a fitness competition in Austin, Texas. She received a pro card after her first fitness competition in 2006 at the Hardbody Entertainment Model Search at the Olympia. Since then she has been endorsed by many mainstream supplement companies, including bodybuilding.com where you can find Jamie's Livefit program.
Who is this program for? Anyone of any age, of any sex, and from any walk of life. Including you. It'll produce great results and lead to lasting success for everyone. You're all starting from a unique place; no one has perfectly matched genetics, metabolism, hormones and lifestyles. But the beauty of this program is that you start at your own level and work at your own pace. Everyone's body is different, but the same training, diet, and supplement principles work for nearly everyone.
Pro's to this program: It's free! You can download it for free at bodybuilding.com It's fun! I have had a blast getting back in the gym and learning how to really lift weights.
Con's to this program: You have to have access to a gym. This program calls for LOTS of different weights, machines, barbells, treadmills, etc. Having access to a nice gym is essential. The workouts are sooooooo long! By the time I leave my house, drive to the gym and then head home it takes up 2+ hours of my day. The workouts average 1.5 hours.
All in all, I have really enjoyed this program but I do miss my beach body workouts! I miss working out in the privacy of my house and not feeling like I am being stared at when I am working out. I do think this program is pretty easy to follow, but you need to be super super careful with your form! I am BEYOND thankful that I have Brian there to help me with my form and show me how things should be done. I would recommend this program to anyone looking for a free workout program that will help them learn to love there bodies and lifting!
