Nobody wants to start the new year with more weight then they started! So how do you make it through Christmas without packing on the pounds? A PLAN. If you know me, you know I love the quote if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
Starting December 13th here's the PLAN:
1. You’ll start with a post-Thanksgiving PLANT BASED 3 day refresh that focuses on WHOLE FOODS and is a GENTLE detox. (the 3 Day Refresh)
2. After that, you’ll start doing daily workouts that range from 15-45 min each. You can choose from the live streaming options that comes with the pack or do your own. It’s totally your choice (the workouts are no extra cost and come with it). You’ll have the option to pick from HUNDREDS of workouts at any level that you’re at!
3. To continue the detoxification you’ll continue with 30 days of Superfood Shakeology to keep your body healing and energized through the most stressful month of the year. It’s important that you continue this process so you don’t fall back into old habits and undo your results.
4. We will focus on CLEAN EATING through the Holidays – meal plans, recipes, videos/etc
5. Group support (done through a private facebook group) + Free Coach from me!
