5 weeks until spring. Can you believe it? I don't know about you, but I am defiantly ready for some warmer weather!
With spring and summer just around the corner I am excited to mix up my workouts again! I spent this winter lifting heavy and getting stronger with Hammer and Chisel. The results have been AMAZING, but now it's time to mix things up again. Over the past year I have found that when I keep things fun and simple I actually get better results. Isn't that nifty?
These past few weeks after coming off of my reverse diet, I decided to start tracking my macro-nutrients again, while still eating plenty of calories for great workouts! The results have been awesome! This past week I was down 3+ pounds! Needless to say, I am excited to see what the next few weeks bring!
So here's the deal. My goal this spring is to not do this thing alone. I want to bring as many women with me virtually and help them get fit and healthy as well! Have a wedding in the Spring?
