During the week most of us are on a pretty regular schedule. It's much easier to stay on track with healthy eating and our workouts because of routine. We do really great all week long and then the weekend comes.
For some people the weekend is no big deal, but for others the weekend and all the extra free time causes them to let go of everything they have worked so hard for that week. So how do we make sure our weekend doesn’t end up being a weak end?
