Well ladies, I did it! 30 days of Core De Force is DONE and I feel SOOO good! I started Core De Force just days after being released by my doctor (after having Emmaline) to start working out again. To be honest I actually thought this workout would be easy. I mean, kickboxing for a workout? How hard can that be?
Well, I was completely WRONG!
Core De Force is an MMA inspired workout program by Beachbody and is led by Joel and Jericho, former Les Mills master trainers. The workout combines boxing, kickboxing and muay thai combinations that help burn tons of calories and chisel away at unwanted fat. The workouts range in length from 25-47 minutes and are extremely high energy throughout the entire workout.

Here are my final results after 30 days of the program:
-Down almost 10 pounds
-Feeling WAY stronger & starting to see some definition again in my shoulders, arms & legs.
-Feeling way more energetic and was really able to increase my endurance

This was an awesome program and I can honestly say I looked forward to the workouts. Just like most Beachbody programs, this workout would be great for any fitness level as it has an AWESOME modifier you can follow along with if you are just starting out.
