Ladies-- these pancakes are seriously the bomb. Thick, not too chocolatey and the perfect balances of macro-nutrients to get your day going!
1 scoop of protein powder (I use perfect fit vanilla)
1 scoop of chocolate Shakeology (I use vegan)
2 large egg whites or 1/4 cup egg whites
1 banana mashed
1 tablespoon of almond milk
Mash banana and mix in almond milk. Then add one scoop of protein powder and egg whites. Mix well. Then add in Shakeology and mix well.
Cook on medium stove top. Makes two pancakes.
I put one tablespoon of peanut butter on top with a little honey.
