Well I survived Day #1 of the 3 Day Refresh! It really wasn't bad at all! I have been nervous about doing the 3 Day Refresh, but knew it was what my body needed. I have tried it before but never felt like I really gave it my all. This time I decided I was going all in and am sharing the journey with you!
Here is what I ate today:
Meal 1: Woke up and had my shakeology + 1 banana in a shake
Meal 2: Hot tea
Meal 3: Fiber Sweep drink (first photo below)
Meal 4: Orange, vanilla refresh and brussel sprouts (pictures 2-3)
Meal 5: Brussel Sprouts + coconut oil
Meal 6: Spinach salad + walnuts and balsamic vinegar and oil
I never felt hungry one time, but it did take some talking myself off the ledge to stay away from the PSL drinks at Starbucks! I opted for tea instead :)
